4 sessions per month

This option provides consistent, structured support while your nervous system and spine relearn stability and trust.

  • You want deeper support and faster stabilization
  • You benefit from regular guidance and regulation

  • Four 60-minute private sessions each month
  • Personalized breath, stability, and movement work
  • Ongoing refinement as your body adapts
  • A pace that prioritizes safety, not pushing

Prepay & Save

  • Pay monthly: $600 / month
  • Pay 3 months in advance: $1,650 (save $150)

Most clients start here to rebuild support, then transition to bi-weekly sessions as confidence grows.


Bi-Weekly Foundational Support

2 sessions per month
60 minutes each $150 per session

This option supports continued progress at a steadier pace once a foundation has been established.

Best for you if:

  • Pain is more manageable or consistent
  • You feel confident practicing between sessions
  • You’re integrating changes into daily life
  • You want expert guidance without weekly meetings

What’s included:

  • Two 60-minute private sessions per month
  • Continued refinement of breath and movement
  • Space to integrate progress independently

Prepay & Save

  • Pay monthly: $300 / month
  • Pay 3 months in advance: $825 (save $75)

Ideal as a step-down option or for clients who prefer slower pacing.
